Update: Received an email from support on 3/23 saying they needed something for address verification. Sent that on 3/23, but have had no further communication from Lock. Don't know if they got the additional info, don't know if they're processing my account, don't know if they've decided to just oust me. I'm starting to feel unloved.

I submitted verification documents on March 5. Support said the attachments to my email were not included, although my second email account that I bcc'd did receive the attachments. I resubmitted on March 6. I was told I would receive a response in 1-3 days. I followed up on March 12 asking for an update. I received a response on March 13 saying "There is a back log of emails and you will receive an email about your account."

I sent followup emails on March 16, 21, 27 (with Rizen included), and yesterday. I have not received a response since March 13.

Pretty ridiculous.

Been playing on Lock since Black Friday and I just turned in my account verification paperwork. I wish i would have read this post before hand though because I did not send a copy of a utility bill at my address as is stated on the first page of this thread. I did however follow the instructions from the website, which say to send the filled out verification form , copy of drivers license front and back , and credit card front and back. I have been able to do player to player transfers without having gone thru this process, but I am looking to try a cashout and see how that all pans out. Ok since I sent this on 3-26, I sent a seperate e-mail on 4-1 wondering why i had not received a response from Lock. they did reply with the following response within a few hours.

"Hello,
Thank you for sending us your Verification Docs. They have been put in our Security Queue to be reviewed and verified. Once done, we will send you a confirmation email. Please expect an email within 24-72 business hours."

Now why I had to send a seperate e-mail is beyond me, I don't like the fact that you have to send all your personal info in a email , god knows who is looking at it or what they are going to do with it. And then leave you hanging for 4 or 5 days not knowing if they even received it really bothered me. Will let everyone know what happens from here. Have many friends that want to play on here , but they all have the same question about the ability to cash out. When this is all done, I will post on my first cahshout attempt also.

I love that the require you to send in extremely sensitive docs, enough to where somebody shady enough could steal your entire identity and have copies of your CC to go with it, and then leave you hanging with little to no communication for going on a week and a half now. ****-ing pisses me off.

Well, here we are on Easter Sunday , sent my documents in on 3-26 as mentioned on previous post and still waiting. I would have to figure that this is one of the worst run companies I have ever seen, or in fact they are just a shady outfit. I only say this because i read ALOT of posts on here, and i take most of them with a grain of salt, but seeing how my experience is going, I have to believe they have no clue.

Emailed Rizen on 4/2 asking if they received my documents because I never got an email like others have.

He replied the next day (4/3) telling me he asked if they received my email.

4/4 I got the email saying I should be verified in 24-72 hours. Still waiting. Will update.

I have sent emails to support / security the past couple of days, and they tell me that they have a large backlog of emails. What amazes me is that there are other posts on this board from people who sent in their info after I sent in mine, and got verified. It's mostly irritating because (oops) I lost my BR and Lock isn't letting me deposit because my account isn't verified. I've PMed Rizen, but no response from him.

Got verified today, email attched below. Now i will try to follow the cashout instructions to see how that goes, I will post my quest for that under the cashout thread. All in all , my verification took a little over two weeks.

I has a problem with support not approving my docs also. I sent them as an e-mail attachment to a response to support. I got an answer that they needed them still, even though they were attached. Mailed Rizen a few times, support didn't even answer him. The only way they got approved was resubmitting via the file uploader in the player admin. Wrote Rizen and support telling them this was the cause and they should make it known to use that method only. Looks to me like they don't care. I'll be transferring my funds to a different account on a different skin.

Got notification that they received docs within two hours, verified next day. Made a cashout request but can only get answer that it has been "processed" and should get check within 5-10 days. Didn't get my check fee back, support not answering mails after telling me...

"I am afraid tracking numbers are no longer provided by our Check Processor. But your check has been sent should arrive in 5-10 business days. Thank you so much for your patience."

April 10th, so we'll see.

That's exactly why I just switched to Carbon. Lock hasn't given me any word after submitting my documents weeks ago. When I had a question about depositing with western union, I got a response in 30 min. Go figure. Switched to carbon 3 days ago and I'm already verified. Will NOT be going back to Lock.

I am currently trying to withdraw for my first time off of lock poker. i am currently black vip yet it says my max withdrawl through WU is 250.00. am i missing something here?
