I believe that's only for people depositing with Cash and Transfer. - In the OP, there were two different methods to verify based on your deposit.

Another day, another day I'm not verified.

I had a few questions regarding the account verification process. I lost my credit cards a few days back, so I wanted to know how should proceed to verify my account, could you please tell how should I proceed with this.

I sent in my docs 13 days ago and finally received a reply.

The email was from a person in security I assume who had my original email forwarded to him.

His reply was simply, "You don't need to have you account verified to play or deposit, only to cashout"

WTF??????????

2 weeks to tell me that and I'm still not veriified.

I sent the documents six days ago and still no answer no, I can not make a deposit or payment order, as Another problem with the cash register ... What kind of room ... how cakepoker went to so much as once the problems started!

I'm going to post in this thread everyday until I'm approved. This isn't some complicated process. I don't want a cashout. I just want to be able to P2P transfer.

FWIW when they do eventually verify you, they don't send you an email or anything to verify that they did.

So how do you know when you are verified?

Obv. it is a horrible way to run business, and I don't know why they couldn't send a generic email, I was just passing on what happened when I verified with them, a few weeks went by until I emailed them, and they told me that I had been verified a day after I had sent in my stuff and I was all set.

I've asked a few freinds that play on lock also, and was told the same by them, but this was in the merge days so I don't know if they changed policy on it.

I sent in most of my documents a couple months ago. Then was told my signature and date they couldn't read to resend. I resent it 3 weeks ago and got an email from them today saying i was verified.

They actually DO let you know by email.....It took me 3 weeks and 2 days to get verified.

I do not know, to rejoice to me or not, but my account verified in 6 days. Why I don't rejoice, because I can't get to cashier (it simply isn't loaded) though all acquaintances try and everything works for them perfectly! I can't come into a casino at all...
tried a heap of options - everything loads, and when I pass to cashier, writes a mistake link: forumserver.twoplustwo.com

After a week I finally got an email back from support; my account is now verified.
06-15-2012 , 05:13 PM
Took me 2 days... Things might be getting worked out over there.

Who is usually the one responding to the account verification?

lol. This is true, if you would like to verify, that you have been verified. Send an email to one of their many hard working "poker pro-sonalities"....

No you do not.

Read the first post. There is an A and B section. A is for CC/debits, B is for other. They only need CC info if you used it to deposit.
