Since when do you have to verify your account in order to log in?

Yes, this is what is so frustrating. That and it's been over 24 hours since they froze my account with them without warning, and there's been no explanation, just a request for documents. I can't see it taking this long to figure out there's no foul play going on. I even followed up with another email of my own explaining everything that had happened since I opened the account a few days ago: there were two transfers in for around ~3k, one transfer out for a similar amount. I gave the name of each of the senders to my account, and the of the receiver of my transfer. I then gave a summary of my play on the site during the few hours I was on before they froze my account yesterday, although I'm sure they can see it themselves.

It's a shame that this is what online poker has come to, that when you win money your account gets locked and you're accused of cheating.

I never understood why people would put so much money on a website without verifying their account first. With the current state of online poker it's really a must.

So wtf do guys do with big amounts of money on this site when they limit you to 2k WU withdraws and only 1 at a time which can take 2-3 months? **** me man I hope you get your money before 2060.

We sell it for 70c on the dollar. No biggie though because we're making 100% rb.

What's the update on this situation? Is your account still locked ?

It is now the 5th day since my account was locked, and nothing has happened. I've sent multiple emails to security@lockpoker.eu in the hopes of getting some sort of response, but I've yet to receive any. 5 days...account locked...no explanation...no replies.

For what it's worth, I did not put a "large sum of money" onto the site to begin with. I had two transfers in for roughly 3k each, and I made one transfer out to one of the same individuals for a similar amount. I now have 27k sitting in my account on Lock, and I can't even see it. It's absolutely sickening.

what a disgrace that they can't even respond to you in 5 days especially if there was no wrongdoing. they are probably sitting there going through all your hh's trying to just find 1 thing they can say is cheating so they can take your 27k to pay out players.

I can't help but think that's exactly what's going to happen, them coming up with some reason or story to justify permanently seizing the account.

Like I said before, I'd be willing to put my right hand on a Bible and swear that I did nothing wrong/did not cheat/did not defraud anybody and that I never had the intent to. I simply won "a lot" in a short period of time, and now I have nothing to show for it. Praying that it all works out.

that's what it's come to though in US poker....if you win big legitly, your account gets locked and you're an assumed cheater until proven innocent. it's funny though how other people have proven their accounts were hacked and the hacker dumped 50k-100k at the tables, and yet it takes a grand inquisition to get lock to even look at the situation when actual cheating/hacking was involved. but, then you win some money one night and your account is instantly banned and accused of cheating. playing high stakes in the US poker scene today is a very very risky thing to do.

I'm the guy who lost the large amount to Misneach at 100/200. Game was legit.

Honestly , I think this is my last straw with Lock , the fact that they even wait this long without giving so much as an update makes me SICK. It's just so scary how this can happen and we have 0 control over any of it.

If anything the crooked site is gonna speculate that you really colluded now since you're both members of the same forum and know about posting in the same thread . What a Joke you are Lock Poker .

I feel mods should really move this thread into the main internet poker forum instead of the sub "Lock poker" forum seeing its such a serious issue that needs immediate addressing .
