Add in the snorkel and flippers and this might actually be a challenge. At least it would be funny as hell to watch.

How many litres of water will this be? I could see it being pretty rough in super hot weather but if he has ample water then should be no problem.

Make him walk/run/whatever-on-2-legs from Primm to Bellagio within 24 hours starting on any day in July when it's forecast to exceed 100 degrees.

I walked from the riveria to some wedding chapel back in mid august of '93 in slacks, a short sleeve dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes during the bud light pool tourney in august around 1pm. It was a 300-500yd walk and i felt like the inside part of my nose was on fire just from breathing the hot air in. Was at least 120f-130f if I remember correctly and with the sun like 150f. If this guy isn't used to the vegas heat and goes str8 from some air conditioned room that hes been in for a week to the start of the prop bet, its gonna be hell whether hes in shape or not. During the entire week there i never saw the outside except at night until then.
