Prop bet suggestion for AI Championship Prop bet suggestion for AI Championship

05-15-2012 , 03:51 PM
After watching university of alberta win the AI World-Championship too many years in a row and again last year I´ve decided to challenge those nerds who dont have any clue about real poker.

So i also wrote an AI which is better then theirs.

To make it more exciting i was thinking of doing some bets.

Anybody interested in it?

i'm really happy for you and i'm going to let you finish, but i have no idea what the fcuk you are talking about.
05-15-2012 , 11:37 PM
you, if you're talking about botting *** and rot

Hey mate, I'm not talking about botting, I'm talking about an AI. That is a different story!
To explain: There is this AI championship that has been there for ages and the uni of Alberta wins it all the time. The AIs play against one another forever and then at the end it the best one wins.
This year this will change as I know more about poker than all of those guys together!

That's good idea, how much is minimal bet?
05-16-2012 , 02:20 PM
Haven't thought about it too much yet. Probably 1k or sth like that.
Maybe sauce123 will be in this year again as well!

wait u single-handedly wrote a program better than theirs? If so thats scary considering their bot beat a team heads-up that had hoss_tbf in it. Don`t see how u cud write a better limit holdem program myself. I wud`ve flamed but u seem like the real djadi lol

damn djadi, AI championship i was sure it was a flip tourney...

so disapointed.

last year it was 8 participants for Bankroll Instant Run-off. guess it will be similar this year.
i guess they will tell in 2 weeks or so.

Do they have a homepage with rules etc?
05-18-2012 , 09:08 AM

how would your AI do vs human players atm do you reckon?
05-24-2012 , 06:11 AM
could imagine an open challenge against a human.
05-24-2012 , 07:17 AM
Why don't you challenge sauce123? Would be interesting to see a competition between you 2.
05-24-2012 , 10:31 AM
I wonder if he would be up to it. I will write him a PM and let you know when he got back.

Can I what game and division you're planning to enter?
Limit 2p / Limit 3p / no-limit 2p
Instant run off / Bankroll
