This girl showed me a pair of panties on skype. I have never met her before, but we have chatted a bunch of times. Somehow later in conversation she said that she had just taken her panties when she showed them to me. I highly highly doubted this because she isn't the type of girl to just be sitting in bed with a jacket on and no panties. I made her a bet. If she won I owed her $500.

She agreed to the bet and I told her to prove it multiple times. She did not. Instead she asked how she was going to get the money. I told her to make a FTP account and I'd ship it to her. She makes an account. Suddenly she ends our video chat. I immediately say video chat or no deal. Then she signs off skype. The back on. I say she cheated, and she claims she didn't before any proof was given.

We make a deal to have the debate settled on 2p2. She eventually did prove that she was wearing no panties, but it was after she had disconnected from Skype twice.

Do I owe her the money?
