monkeying around and backdooring something monkeying around and backdooring something

it comes down to what u think cleaner has, he either has 56 or 97dd up thru A9dd, so u beat 2 hands, chop 1, and lose to 3 when u get called by cleaner. small chance cleaner has 78. I don't think this is a shove. I really wanna say check but I never actually wind up checking in this spot. I doubt the sirdonald guy is gonna call with worse with cleaner behind

RESULTS

i timed down and checked, first guy had t9dd cleaner had 666. now that i think about it, i think they both checked lightening fast which made me more inclined to check. probably should have mentioned that in OP.

Nice. I think anything more than a gaybet turns your hand into a bluff anyhow, and those gaybets always get shoved on anyways, nice play.

I think this is really important, and also what makes this a check. Also, I don't think the cleaner has Kx here like ever given the turn action. Anyways, interesting hand to post GP.

You made a bad mistake!!

No matter how hard I try, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out Cleaner's line

Well if the cleaner feels his opponents are capable of bluffs and thin value bets that are almost bad regarding a worse hand being able to call, then he can scoop two stacks with his monster... but his line seems far from optimal

1. I dont like your turn raise. I dont think its very believable since you checked on flop in late pos and turn card didnt change the board that much. And semi-bluffs arent nearly as good on the turn as the flop. And your hand is barely a semi-bluff; you could easily be drawing dead to whatever calls. What it pretty much amounts to is grossly overplaying your hand and given how much action you got, you will prolly get a stronger hand to call.

2. I would bet like 600 on river. Try to go for the overcalls. You dont want to stack off to a stronger hand.

are you guys valuebetting 78 in gabe's spot?

he must have punched a wall when he saw you both had a 9 and didnt bet

i think so. i also think since cleaner just called the turn raise it shows how believable my turn bluff actually is.

i don't think cleaner flatting the turn automatically means that your bluff is very believable. i think if he had intended to c/f blank rivers then it does though.
