If you had a successful American publishing company, would you want to get into the legally murky business of rakeback? I think not getting deep into actual rakeback is justifiable from a risk/reward perspective. If the government came down on 2+2 for whatever reason, justifiable or not, I would think that legal fees alone would ruin the company.

Missing the video training boat was really, really bad.

if you guys agreed to play 100 $2ks, why dont you just play the $1 (or whatever lowest is) to save $ on rake? loser just pays whatever they owe the winner after. escrow if needed

i don't have one, so i don't know but i've heard you can DL just about any game onto Wii? if that's true, and you can DL the original supermariokart for SNES and play it via intronnet i would like to play for large stakes. or just for fun, cuz it's pretty much the only video game i play aside from resident evil 4 (can't wait for 5).
