I think preflop bet sizing is bad, flop is decent, but villain seems like a good person to check raise, that being said bet/3b is pretty std as well.

As played I like check shoving depending on dynamics, Im certainly not folding, I may call and hero call some bricked rivers depending on bet timing + physical reads, I think its very close.

If you think posting pics and going out of your way to announce you're a girl that plays "High Stakes" in this forum is a good way of marketing yourself for sponserships etc you're prob doing it wrong. We'll see I suppose.

Ebony I heard through the grapevine in bonita that you trained at golds in bonita with a personal trainer...

how was having a personal trainer? i am just getting into fitness and would like to get your opinion...

i wont be training in bonita but just want to know if you would recommend for someone to have a personal trainer or if its just a waste of money .... Is it a waste or is it worth it?

I think he could play a lot of 7's and reasonably his sets this way. I think b/f the turn is a lot better than checking. I don't think your actually c/ring the turn with anything but a draw, and it seems like a player could figure that out.
