I agree that analogies often hurt the discussion more than they help, but I disagree that bf changed the essence of the challenge and ask you to read this thread, because that was adressed by many people before.

Also, if you don't have any direct skin in the game or have some compelling reason why you should be posting, you probably shouldn't be.

This discussion seems to be going nowhere in a hurry, maybe it should just be locked, barring some actual resolution/decision to any of this, which clearly isn't going to happen in this thread.

Viffer: Your whole argument about black friday doesn't even make sense. Dwan was dodging for several months before black friday occurred. If the challenge had taken at any remote pace that junglemand was willing to play at, it would have been finished before 4/15 ever hit if you want to keep using these types of arguments.

You want the judges to have as little info about the situation as possible and be people outside the poker world...that makes zero sense if you are trying to get a fair ruling. You aren't trying to get a fair ruling tho...you're trying to get a ruling in your favor.

Also, you were willing to back your opinion of durrrr's NL game vs Jungle w/ money too....we all see how that went. You're angle shooting to try to justify welching.

So if Jungle died, since dealing with such a scenario wasn't inked in a signed contract, jungle would automatically forfeit to dWAN and all the bettors who had his side would have to pay up?
