Game is Live Full ring NL $10/$20

Villain is a young kid who's relatively new to cash games especially HSNL. He has done well in tournaments and seems to apply his tournament play to cash games alot meaning he is hyper-aggressive on the button, he raises 100% of the time on button or CO with ATC and also c-bets about 90% of the time if he raised pre. He has a bit of history with me as he bluffed me out of a pot yesterday and we have been playing at each other alot. He is not averse to stacking off with holdings like top pair medium kicker, and is also not averse to raising flop and then 3-barreling with missed draws etc. However he is not a donk and if he senses strength he will fold.

He has good reading ability but like most tourney players he doesn't assign his opponets a range of hands.. merely "weak" or "strong"

Blinds $10/$20 - Eff stacks: Hero ($7400) Villain ($4200)

Hero is BB with 7 9

UTG limps, Villain (MP) raises to $75, Hero raises to $375, Villain calls

Flop
($780)

7 7 5

Hero bets $375, Villain calls $375

Turn
($1530)

10

Hero bets $675

I thought putting in a weak half-pot bet on the turn might induce a bluff - that he might put me on AK/AQ. I am certain he floated the flop with overcards because he doesn't think that flop hit my 3betting range. Is a check better to induce? Check/call followed by check/shove or open shove any face card on the river (as that would likely make him a pair) to make it look like a bluff?

if you think he is totally fos then check call turn and check any river

I think check/minraise flop and/or turn is a good line. Seems he'll more than likely shove there. If you check/call turn, you might not be able to induce a bluff on the river.

I thought the check minraise is the worst move one can make in NLHE.
