being able to rep 222 can't be a serious argument for calling preflop. its not like our range becomes automatically too weak on 258 boards etc because of the lack of bottom set..
I think 3betting here preflop evertime is -ev, while doing it rarely is marginal and probably the closest option to a fold EV wise. yet, I think its good to have it in you perceived range, so doing it from time to time might be the best for our range and gameplan. I also think that calling is -ev, as we won't realize our potequity nearly as often postflop as we should to show a profit.
