I wouldn't fold the river, good move.

He probably doesn't have a set, so just hope he didn't flop the straight.

But I think you're good this hand. Post the results soon?

3betting, no way, we arent nearly deep enough.

This is 50bb poker. Play tight and solid out of the SB, which doesnt include ducks in a raised pot.

Other than that, I think you played it very well.
Where are you getting 50bb stacks from? Looks like 100bbs to me...

being able to rep 222 can't be a serious argument for calling preflop. its not like our range becomes automatically too weak on 258 boards etc because of the lack of bottom set..

I think 3betting here preflop evertime is -ev, while doing it rarely is marginal and probably the closest option to a fold EV wise. yet, I think its good to have it in you perceived range, so doing it from time to time might be the best for our range and gameplan. I also think that calling is -ev, as we won't realize our potequity nearly as often postflop as we should to show a profit.

i think theoretically preflop you should be 3-betting to balance your value 3betting range.lsdee, when it comes to equity and absolute hand strength we are never ahead of villians range but if we 3-bet, our range of hands we will 3-bet is,don't know why you think we are ahead preflop,i agree with the rest of your post.

i think its obvious to anyone that plays nlh why you should 3-bet this pre and never call a raise oop or call a 3-bet even in position.

as played either you lost the pot or villian had a go at you for how you played the hand, don't really see any faults in you play post.

junglemans post confuses me. Fwf's helps clear some of it up. Do you guys rarely flat 22 hu? Is it more plausible to flat 22 if you sometimes trap the BB by flatting a larger hand in the sb so that you can backshove it? Then once you do that you can add in 22 as well

I am with the sauce on this one for a fold PF, but I don't know how to play NL anymore. As for how it was played, if we do a sit down and think about what he can have, I don't get the impression there are very many bluffs, especially with his turn sizing. Aaaaaand how many value hands do we beat here? Raptor nit zomg but this might be a river fold, though raptornitzomg just fold pf, though 3 bet is better than call imo.

if raptor says fold you should prob just snap fold.
