I dont get why it matters if he had a flush on turn or not, I think river bluff is spewy and gets looked up alot here (especially vs a fish)

he has a heart significantly less than half the time. very good bluff imo. If he's calling AJ... AK... then it's time to think about not doing this.

seems very reasonable to me.

Dont like. Many people seem to take the c/c line w/ mid hearts so id most of the time he has no heart or some sort of high heart which he plans on calling a shove. I dont think you're deep enough to get him off most hearts that hes value betting at the river

Easy lay down because

1. He could have made flush on RIVER
2. He might call you with TP or a straight b/c he's a fish
3. He's getting almost 3:1 on his call
4. You don't bluff the fish. You bluff a good player and show the fish.
5. What do you think he is check/calling with on the flop that didn't make at least TP on the river?

hey thanks for the replies...

wouldnt a fish fold at least top pair here? or (maybe)two pair? those are the types of hands i want to fold?

Also, if he checks and we pot river, how do you like that bluff?
03-31-2008 , 03:29 PM
i the bluff the way you did it. if he checks river i think anybet is a bad idea vs a fish simply because fish always check call any flush. so if he checks river i would just check and hope he has 78os or 108 no heart.

Exactly what I was thinking. + He is a fish, and you shouldnt bluff fishes.

if you are referring to why it goes from co to bn...no, i am hero

my pokeroom is retarted and i have to manually change the hh b/c if i copy/paste the positions come out completely ****ed up

so plz disregard where it says "BTN" on flop it should say "co"

3bet preflop is stupid with this type of hand.
