I mean it really is just an acquisition thing, I think it's really easy to auto-pilot this part of poker and never get better at it, even over a very large sample, but if you put time and effort into actually THINKING about and considering ranges, on every street, on every play, and match those with your opponents frequencies, and notice when he had hands you didn't include in his range, etc., you will become much much better very quikcly
