Hoera voor een geweldige thread bro
- I've had different thoughts how hard it was gonna be to get to this level. At first I considered it impossible for me, then I suddenly overestimated my abilities for a while, and now finally I am where I would like to be and although its the hardest thing I've ever done, I'm still somewhat surprised my approach actually got me this far. Poker is just not a very developed game yet, so you can get to the top in only a few years, which is unthinkable in most other thinking games.
I do remember playing livb at first and I realised he was beating me and that I had to improve, but as hard as I thought about it I had no idea how to improve, this might sound familiar to some of you.
- I'd estimate 7500-9000hrs.
- I've never watched many videos or read 2p2, 99% of my time was devoted to playing. During and especially after sessions I would somehow automatically come up with new strategy insights.
- What do mean by mental game?
- If you have a good coach its huge, but there are few good coaches out there, some won't even be willing to coach and the ones that do will charge very high rates.
- I'm actually staked myself, the reason for this is that I got to a point where swings just got insane and I didn't want even the slightest risk of losing what I had worked all those years on, so I chose to cash my entire roll, to have something to show for all the work, and continued on a stake. A reason you could consider getting staked is if you're beating a level but uncomfortable with the swings. Or, obviously if you're busto. In general I would avoid it unless you can get staked by a good player who includes coaching you in the deal.
- 1. Not doing stupid ****
2. Understanding people's tendencies, almost everyone plays there hands face up and this will allow you to make folds that you would get flamed for on 2p2.
3. Understanding that the game is about ranges rather then individual hands.
I'm not sure if these are the three most important, just three that came up first. I just played an insanely long session my apologies if these posts suck.

I can answer this one, pretty sure negreanu is terrible at any online poker game.
