I'm not sure whether checking or betting is better in this spot. What do you think? Dou you play both hands in the same way?

1. Hand:I think its close, depends upon if you give villain flushdraws in his range or not. I dont see a huge range of villain we can value bet against on the turn and we wont loose the showdown that often on many rivers expect villain has a hell of flushdraws in his range in which case he always bets and against this range we even can make a rivercall.

Very hard to play this hand against avg pop.

2. Hand. This flop narraows villains range a lot more down imo. Pretty much Kx or 9x, maybe QJ,QT sometimes. Turn should be never a valuebet against avg pop. Against a riverbet I fold

Both of these have to be checks.

In the first hand the villians range is big due to the draws but by betting you will cause him to fold the hands that you currently beat and anything he calls with is crushing you

The second hand is an easier check imo
