Just so there's no confusion, I obviously never coached shakorti. Mostly because he really doesn't need a coach the way he's running, epic luckbox ITT
you are coaching?

i assume a 100s reg with 4% roi is going to have better hourly than a 200s 2% roi reg?

less volume at 200s, more regs etc

just wonderin

but, u rake the half, so maybe.. 2% 200s reg is better $/hr than a 100s reg ye? (post rb)

Why would you limit yourself to playing one buyin level?

If you have 4% roi on 100s, you are probably good enough to not get sat by most regs on 200s after you have established yourself there and they recognize your name etc. So after the first week or so, your roi on 200s will then likely be higher then 2%. If it is, the obvious descision is to sit the 200s whenever the lobby is empty, and sit the 100s otherwise, because there is not enough action for continous playing at 200s. If it isnt, reg 100 lobbys, and find out if your hourly on 60s or 200s is higher, then sit 60s or 200s whenever there is no action at 100s. (Or 300s if your hourly there is higher then at 60s and 200s and you have enough bi's for it)

if your roi drops exactly half when doubling stakes then yes hourly post-rb will be higher since the rake is already accounted for in ROI and rb is not. excluding any shenanigans like just making the 800k milestone sticking with 100s but just missing elite at 200s etc.

edit I did miss the obvious, you mentioned volume - there are currently zero 200 HT running and like 12 100s. and Stars isn't even under 100k players yet. so if you're a euro night-owl and want to move entirely to the 200s it may be impossible to make similar volume.

depends also on how many tables you play, maybe opensitting the 200 lobby whenever possible and constantly grinding 1-2 100$ games is your optimal choice.

2.5 minutes over 2.5k games
i would assume that it depends alot on your timing, i always act instantly, which might not be optimal as it leaves minimal room for thinking
it would also explain why deepak has such a long gametime, he 3 tables and sucks at multitasking.
