wont pick sides here, think it's a nice bet, gl both, def interesting
You're right, I suck. $350 + $5, so ROI for a game won at $355 is 0.97183098592.

Honest question guys....I normally play $3/$6/$12 45s, $6 18s, $2-12 180s on stars, and I have a small roll on ftp....are the $5 and belows beatable with the rake? Im going to guess that they are, I am simply curious to get some sort of confirmation on that.

Also, what sort of brm is good for these at the micro stakes...for $5s and under is 150 BI's enough?

Appreciate any response I can get on this

edit: I have rb on ftp fwiw

I actually put a very small amount of money on tilt to see how the low limits were. The play wad terrible I was consistently getting it in 60/40+ I think they are def beatable but the variance is nuts. Your nuts for being able to do this prop without going insane promo. Best of luck man.

You should just play normal HUSNGs until you get a grasp of endgame play b4 trying these IMO. Getting a post-rake edge at these shovefests isn't as ez as it may look

If you're always getting it in 60-40 there shouldn't be all that many downers

I'd imagine if you always get it in ahead 0-25bb deep then you're folding too often/playing too nitty.

found this thread after following primo's bbv thread, didn't realise this was where it all began!

For all the talk about ROI, has anyone compared hourly rates? There seems to be so much action in these games plus they're over so quickly that the hourly must be better than regular games?

Well after a few thousand games... I figure I'd post some followup. Sure there is variance in these, but I don't think it's as bad as some of you make it out to be. On my graph you will notice a couple big swings, that's mainly some bad luck coupled with playing WAY out of my Bank Roll. Luckily I made it back...these are all Super Turbos since April 1st, when FTP changed their structure. I actually began playing them at the end of April.

Do you mind explaining / expanding on your response here? NVM if you're referring to 10/20 / 15/30 lvls, but if its anything else I'd be interested in why you say that ?

I think you will be ****ed if you don't try to put your villain on exact shoving/calling ranges and pass on the edge you should gain because your opponent isn't playing Nash.

my graph filtered for heads up super turbos

variance really comes when they tilt you hard lol

Deleted my 1st response - agree Nash not optimal but given lack of reads vs. randoms a good starting point must be close-too-nash. "not even close, but you can try" suggests this is seriously flawed thinking, and "" suggests bad things will happen if one implements this seriously flawed thinking.

We start 25BB deep, ~NASH begins to become optimal against the population around 10bb.
