what tools do you use when you play? like sharkystrator etc
and what are the benefits of being in the '' cartel '' ??

You really don't 'need' sharky or anything until 30s. Most people use PT4 or HEM2. Cartels only exist at 30s an above, there is plenty of info available on them if you look.

From what I understand the benefits of being within a Cartel are that you basically share the fish and then the best get an opportunity to rise to the top and move up or stay up.
There's a hell of a lot of tools out there to use, you need to do your research on this and what you like the sound of. What is it your trying to achieve by getting the answers to these questions?

create your own cartel and take on the current cartels so u can get the fishes
