GL with the rest of the match...Least at a minimum your 2k got you some good experience and possibly phmerc can help with your leaks and strengths.

Not a huge fan of flatting A4o to a 3-bet, although I'm generally not playing the same caliber of players

Just to minor sidetrack, people loved flatting 3bets too wide in 2007. A4o? F it, K3s, Q5s, etc. All regular, expected flats when facing regs in the $50-200s (That's how we all became nittyish 3bettors duh, people kept stationing our 3bets so we could only 3bet for value, though eventually stuff like K8 becomes a value 3bet!).

Im not going to say its bad however having good ev and realizing that ev post flop is 2 very different things. After all isnt this why we shove A and K rags preflop below certain bb levels.
