Should we always be open shoving any PP? I have been shoving every PP. Is this strategy flawed? Should we be playing small PP's passively when we have 15BB's +??

I mr/decide with my pocket pairs on the btn 25bb deep and start open shoving the lower ones at around 20bb.

I don't know if best or good, but I always open shove and it works so far
