Is there a chipEV stat in PT4 or is it a custom stat I need to import/create myself?

Tis an easy stat to make:

amt_expected_won / cnt_tourneys

But it's also here somewhere free to download:

https://www.pokertracker.com/custom/stats

32(?unsure about the 1s) ev chips per tourney go to rake so with 14 ev chips per tourney you earned you are supposed to be losing

however you are running under ev, partiably due to not hitting a 10,000x during your session, its possible you will hit it next session

Yes, 14 ev chips losing. I think 35 chips is brek-even.
But I was asking what kindof swings do ppl have in spin & gos? Here is my whole graph of playing them. 1$ games mainly, some 0.50c and 0.25c.

Can u guise post your own graphs thank u!

You will have 30 BI downswings alot. You will sometimes have even bigger swings. Nothing unusual even if you are playing the best game. The smaller the stakes are the less you should tend to have big swings. Practice conservative br management and you won't have any trouble.

Your sample size is too small to make any assumption about the quality of your game. You are just more likely to be a winner than a loser (in terms of won chips ofc). Play 2k+ games and come back.

Maybe this is better off in the software forum, but does anyone have an idea why Poker Tracker 4 shows a weird prize pool of 141% of the normal amount for some 2x tourneys?

Sounds like it's assigning the average prize pool (for 6% rake). It does that on sites that don't put the prize pool in the hand history or tournament summary.

Dunno, for most tourneys it shows the actual prize (2x 4x 6x, etc), only some have this weird number. This is Poker Stars btw.
The average minus rake thing checks out though.

In that case, it sounds like it's not getting the prize pool amount for some reason. Perhaps a few missing tournament summaries or some sort of PT4 bug. I would check one of the instances and see if the TS is correct. Then post in the PT4 thread if the TS is there and correct.

I´m putting on my tinfoil sweatpants here and ask, when pokerstars is not including prizepool in 20%+ of tournament reports, do they do it to prevent us from verifying the actual multiplyer numbers.
I had the impression with 3$ spins that their numbers check out (1000 games sample), but for the dumb 0.50s I made a list out of curiosity today and am at
1$ 93,75%, 2$ 3,125%, 3$ 3,125% (lol sample of 64).
Does anyone have a real sample of those new 0.50s to ease the paranoia?

@Max Cut: Embarrassingly I can´t find the Summary Files in my App Data Folder, neither in the Stars nor in the PT4 folder.

No because I just search the tournament number and then edit it in PT4. It's quite simply an importing error.

You should save this post and look at it in 3 months time when you will be playing higher. Your definition of a "brutal day" will change a lot .
Great to see that you are starting at this level and not playing over your head! This kind of discipline is very important for success.
Yes, these kind of swings (and even much bigger) are part of the game, so don't worry. When I was starting my journey as a poker player I spent to much time studying the ev-lines. I would suggest to focus on the game, post and analyze hand histories and try every method available to improve as quickly as possible.

Thanks for this!

Is there also a stat that shows you how much $ you made, based on your chipEV for spin & go's?

And I've noticed that some have an evITM% stat as well, would like to have that too!

!
Swongsim is free and does this for you.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ukpadqy24s...ngSim.exe?dl=0

you can also do other things like simulations with it. wich can be good for understanding variance in spins better.

" if i have this chip/ev over 10k games i would make enough $ to move up in stakes 7 out of 10 times acording to swongsim"

Thanks but I meant a PT stat. I already downloaded the evROI% stat so it shouldn't probably be that hard. I just need to multiply this with my buy-in and # of spin & go's and divide it by 100 right? But I don't know how to create such a stat.

EV ROI $ based on EV chips:

(((amt_expected_won / cnt_tourneys + 500) / 1500 * (1 - (amt_fee / amt_buyin_fee)) * 3) - 1) * amt_buyin_fee * cnt_tourneys

Configure the stat:

Then add it to "Overlay Stats" on the Graphs page and check the "Sum Results" option when adding.
