I would base my decision on reads if I have any. This particular combo with the 9c blocks some air ball bluffs too, so not the greatest hand to call down with. On the other hand some fish would maybe overvalue something like 67, and some really aggro bluffers exist. Against the standard tight reg I would probably fold the river.
