I don't like the idea of a small 3 bet with AT+. You're not going to get all those medium strength hands that have decent equity vs that range to fold. I just shove these and flat call with weak Ax hands.
My line here is that I 3bet jam A2-A9 and 3 bet to 90 with AT+, is this a good deafult strategy, what would be the best play here?
Not really. Readless you should not nonai 3bet with A9+, just shove A8+ and you will be fine. You don't want to find yourself OOP in a 3bet pot when your opponent holds T9s. In addition flat has better expectation with A rag if your opponent doesn't open more than 70%.
