A short story. I like to play sit and go low stakes. I log in to full tilt and start a game with "DeutschPowerMan" 4 players with a final table.


Before even get cards, he start to call me all the bad words exist in the chat, maybe 15-20 chats

I get frustrated, upset and lost quick + another game I played same time. I try to contact FT and also watch the finale table and he start again with another player even before get the first cards and the poor guy lost same as me frustrated and upset.


I contact full tilt support and don't get much help, I said I will not this happen again for me with the same guy. They say can't help me, I get some emails already written, not about my small case.

I would say this is a form of planned cheating. if someone wrote ones example f....king lucky you, I would not mind to much, but 15 times in the chat with very bad words, even before get dealt first hand.


This guy planned this to chat really bad on sit and go before get cards are not fair play and I think FT should act.


What you think guys, I'm now banned for life of full tilt, I don't mind that, they make it difficult to get my 16 usd back, I wrote they can send it them to Amnesty International if they can't send them to me.


I just want to warn people if you contact full tilt chat support what can happen.


My third email I wrote some bad words to fulltilt I admit that. only to see if I could get banned and it worked not so bad as the player wrote to me.

I don't think I will post emails here, it's maybe 5-6 between us, include to try get my money back. I send a nice email to full tilt.

I think it's a form of cheating to upset players in the chat, this was around 15 chats before I got my first cards in SNG, another game I could just cancel and close the table.

What upset me even more then the player, is that I think fulltilt more or less accept this behavior and cheating I would say.

I did do pushed it more in another email, when get a bad reply from FT
and the life ban was a deal together, I didn't have any choice I felt, and I'm actually happy with the result, because the bad support I got, when you really not get a fair response from a poker site you put money in.

You seems to be a nice person, have you ever played SNG, you must be made of iron, if you lol about to be called bad in chat around 10-15 times, or you only a funny guy here on the forum.

You realize you can just block the chat, right?

You have to understand, but if you are reacting this upset to someone in the chat, you probably have some major emotional issues you need to work through and that should probably be a priority for you to deal with starting today. This is especially true if poker is just a hobby.

One of the major signs that an opponent is vulnerable to playing poorly is that they talk a lot of crap in the chat. Over the years, when you get to know a lot of the biggest trash talkers, it is (not always, but often) a sign of lower confidence, especially if persistent.

A truly good player is happy to see a player mouthing off in chat, it's a sign that there might be more potential money here than there was before the chat took place.

It's sort of like if a player makes a really terrible call to a jam, say you're 25bb deep, they minraise, you 33 and they call with T2o and they win the pot. A bad player gets pissed off that their 33 lost, a good player is salivating at the mouth for the chance to keep playing an opponent that makes such a poor play.

Granted, I'm talking about strong mental players. You could be strategically marginal but have a great mentality, and you could be a strategic god but be a mental fish.

lol of course I have played a SnG, I have took a lot of angry words and given a lot out. I would presume people old enough to play online poker would be emotionally mature enough to not be upset by a few words from an anonymous person.

+1 to blocking your chat. And A) It's definitely not "cheating" B) The worst they should possibly do is chat ban him

Also, the title of this thread is "life banned from fulltilt" and you talk about yourself getting life banned ... so obvious question seems to be why were you life banned?

I have a strong mentalities, is just I don't like to get 10-15 chats before a SNG game with the worst word you can say, and the same happen to the player in the final, who lost, I have played since 2009 and newer seen something like this. I normally play some where else, with pretty good result sometime.

If someone say some bad I don't mind, but this I newer seen before.
But it seems you here are really good poker players and win thousands.
Makes me wonder why you spend some time here.

I have understand today, with help of FT and most of you guys that say 15 sentence with the worst words are okay in the poker world, specially SNG where you can't fold and change table without losing the bet.

Like you know is just a hobby for me, if a make a buck is good, if loose my world not end. Same with FT I'm pretty happy to finish with them, I don't need them and I don't miss them at all.

This thread is pretty worthless without the e-mails. There is no way they LIFE BANNED YOU just because you kindly asked them to intervene with a player who was swearing at you. Give us the whole story please.

Seriously, block chat if you are going to be so upset about it. Writing an insult email to FTP probably didn't help your case.

If you could read my English, I didn't get banned, it was a decision between
me and FT to get me banned for life, I didn't want to be a part of FT, when FT don't stand up for there members and support them.

let say a new player to FT, play his first SNG and a player wrote 15 really bad sentence in the chat even before get first hand with the worst word ever are that ok. for me it's not okay. But for the majority of you on this forum it seems to be okay and from fulltillt it's okay.

I know you only want to be funny, he didn't treat me, I get my self banned for life, because why should I spend money and support fulltilt, when they not support there players.

This player said for example. Go and F.. your self you mother F...., f...idiot, f... your self, that was maybe 2 sentence and then 10 more even worse.

I don't need that, I'm old enough to take a stand from that and as I said, I don't need fulltilt.

Is not a normal behavior of a player, but it seems some of you support that behavior.

I only want to play a few hands SNG and it must be some pride to play poker

I took a stand against a player who wrote 10-15 super bad chats to me and actually the other player at the final table at SNG , even before the game started, no support from fulltilt, why should I play at FT.

I played a lot of live poker 20-25 years ago, today is maybe legit to scream 10-15 bad sentence on a live tables, and on on-line poker where people sitting alone behind a screen and write and offend people.

When i knew nothing about poker and was gambling i lost my nerves to suck outs and was some cases doing the same and i think everyone was happy in table cause they knew i was tilting. Usually ppl who rage in chat play bad and im just happy. Some regs do it also and usually they play worse than normally then
Was really thinking the case what should someone say that would get me thinking something totally other than the game and I think that would be a police case . maybe not an option to call a police in every country if u get threatened in internet.
