But to answer your question, I think a range of AKs, QQ+ is pretty standard, you don't want to get it in with hands like AJ because villain will have you dominated with AQ/AK so often, so folding most aces is pretty standard. We want to be balancing our range as suggested with suited low hands, where we are less likely to be dominated by villains shoving range i.e. 34s, 52s, because villain is not shoving many A5 combos so we have already put money in by raising we have odds to call shove. We want to make sure our raise is big to polarize our range pre flop, so villain doesn't know if we have AK or 34. I think 80-100 is pretty standard sizing to exploit villain so he makes a mistake to shove AQ. Also raise folding most pairs because why do we want to raise call 77 when villain has a better pair 80% of the time? QQ+ is best because we dominate his AQ which he shoves every time, so he makes tons of mistakes against our range. Sometimes he has AK which sucks when we have QQ because it's a flip, but it's the same as calling 34s because that's a flip vs AK too so that's why we call it for balance.
These are just what most would consider standard, but to create a more GTO style range we would need to use The Dragon, which is very difficult. I would recommend getting a coach for this, it will cost you many buy ins but it is the only way to win long term in poker.
