Certainly, I should've added some examples or expanded a bit.

Not just undercards though Spam, how many regulars do you know that can only call a CR and turn lead on that board with a decent TP or better? Many in my experience which I think makes the flop a good CR and turn barrel fairly standard on a lot of cards.

i just dislike folding pairz, let alone top pair
