For example:
20 $100+$5 HUSNG's.

no rakeback and no bonus = -$96.50 (FTPs valued at $3.50)
rakeback and no bonus = -$70.445
no rakeback and bonus = -$54.50
rakeback and bonus = -$39.785

This leaves you with $58 in bonus yet to earn. As you can see, having the bonus greatly improves your bottom line, with or without rakeback.

In "odds offered," for HUSNG's, enter in the first field the amount of the buy-in without rake for one level above the lowest level you are willing to spend time on. Enter in the second field the amount of the buy-in with rake. Enter your current win rate in your probability of winning. Enter the lowest level you are willing to spend time on in the "minimum bet allowed" field. Enter the difference between this level and the next one up in the "bets must be multiple of" field. Voila.

For example, if you have $1,000 and are willing to play no lower than $23 turbo HUSNG's, then $34.50 is the second-lowest level:

Result is: Kelly method you should be wagering $69 but since there are no $69 the next closest level without going over is $57.50, so that is ideal level to maximize bankroll. More conservative is the Half-Kelly, which calls for you to play $34.50's. This sytem works only if you constantly run this calculation with snapshots of your bankroll and actual win rate at all times. So you can see a couple losses or wins have exponential impact because not only is your bankroll declining or rising linearly, but your win rate is declining or rising as well.

You can tweak these to several decimal points by adjusting the actual amounts for the rakeback, bonus, and FTP value, but this is a simplified example. Thanks to Skates for helping me discover this concept.
