the biggest thing to pay attention to when u interview is how comfortable you are with this person.

references are meh for this position. obv make sure person is not a psycho, but i'd take someone that im very comfortable talking to/being around over some awkward donk with great references.

this person is going to be in your home while you are playing poker i assume...my PA was just really awkward and it made playing almost impossible while she was there lol. i think my PA just wasnt comfortable with her position...guess she found doing some guys laundry demeaning or something since im only a year older tahn her.

ok at least i'm not running like sht anymore. after my break from poker i have 18% roi in 167 games 90% in the $110's hu. i am more like 25% roi in like 160 games at the $110's but i had like a 7/8 game losing streak at the $22's thats why it's so low
