Only real answer is experience tbh. Easy enough for someone to say 'dont be results orientated' but it's something that you adjust to (hopefully) over time.

Important thing to remember is you cannot stop from going on tilt. But you can stop yourself playing while on tilt.

I guess, I think the biggest problem for me though is the lack of experience. When i was playing 25NL the thing that would really tilt me would be when I played bad. Not bad beats\running bad\coolers or w/e. But now when ive just started a new game that I am terribad at I more or less always play bad so i always tilt. So i guess stop sucking = stop tilting = take maney : D
