ok i want to shed some light on this software,
to start with im not overreacting to something someone said also im at uni studying computer science so im not a computer n00b :P
so first i went to get the program and multiple times i got this error thrown at me by ESET
so after getting this 4-5 time i killed the install and decided to so some digging.
it turns out that this is most likely a false-posiitive given to me by the threat sense engine. The main reson it would throw errors is due to with the scripting language used, that language is autoit!
Its designed to be an out of the box language that will let you manipulate the windows GUI (similar to AHK) how ever it doesn't require any run time libraries! This can cause security problems as it makes the program hard to kill and fight especially if it can replicate itself (a good way to kill high level language programs is to kill the libraries it needs to run) So most likly all security software is telling not to run it as it could manipulate what your seeing etc and cause alot of problems and it would be hard to stop.
It would be nice to have the developer come in and say if the program is designed in this language and if not why ESET is coming to that conclusion.
Cliffs
----------
1) probably not spyware
2) false positives are most likely to be thrown
3) possible programmed in autoit language
4) waiting on developer to replay to pass verdict
as an aside, though i like the idea i think like chadders0 it most likely is against stars T/S as you can "hunt people"
