Your account will be reopened within 48 hours after responding to this email confirming:
i) You have read and understand the aforementioned Site Terms and EULA and that you agree to comply with them from this point forward.
ii) You will immediately cease using Sharkscope and any other software that breaches our prohibited programs policy.
Please note this is our first and final warning, regarding the use of prohibited software. Your account has been tabled for periodical review. Should any further breaches of our EULA be found, your account may be closed indefinitely and any associated funds may be forfeited.

Anyone had same problem??
got this message this morning and I dont really get it... how come they know I am using sharsckope or not? Do they have access on all my info on the computer? And on the other hand I can understand sharkscope is not allowed but what about HEM? Anyone has any ideea if we r allowed to use hem? I have over 11k in my account atm and feels stupid to have the acccount shut forever just because of some programs : " first and final warning" WTFFFFFF
