do they (hungs.com) have to get his permission before posting the video? i think its kinda out of line if they just post a video on how to exploit him on a public site without his permission.

didn't ftp implement those EDU tables for this particular reason? cant sweeper just complain to ftp about the video since it was filmed and posted when he was playing on a non educational table?

No, we don't.

Obviously on both forums and with videos if there are some issues from the person in a video or being discussed on a forum some additional steps can be taken (removal or editing in some cases).

But as standard policy most forums or video sites don't ask permission to discuss a specific player, no.

That's what I'm afraid of with stuff like Mers dicking around with levels all the time or Bob Ross photoshopping stuff like this... too many people will just believe it. And if a forum reg like dhc isn't sure, I can't imagine a lurker or new person to this forum realizing it's a level.
