HU preflop 3bet flatting range

Hey I am curious what my preflop 3 bet flatting range should look like against an unknown opponent. The games I play start with 50 BB stacks, a min raise is common and then 3x the raise for a three bet. So I only need 33% equity for the call to be mathematically correct, but I will be playing the hand out of position.
Is there a rough guideline for adjusting equity when out of position. Obviously it depends on our skill and our villains skill, but I am just trying to understand how tight or loose I should be calling when I get good pot odds.
I current open around 80% of hands and call a 3bet with the top 20%

You'll be playing the hand in position if you flat a 3bet
