- is this a bad play? is flat call better?
- what should our readless reshoving range look like at this stack depth?

villain seemed to have pretty standard opening frequencies over 19 hands

Hero (BB): 15.63 BB
SB: 9.38 BB (VPIP: 52.63, PFR: 41.18, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 19)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 9 8

SB raises to 2 BB, Hero raises to 15.63 BB and is all-in, SB calls 7.38 BB and is all-in

Flop: (18.75 BB, 2 players) 3 2 6

Turn: (18.75 BB, 2 players) J

River: (18.75 BB, 2 players) A

Spoiler:

Hero shows 9 8 (High Card, Ace) (Pre 21%, Flop 9%, Turn 0%)
SB shows K K (One Pair, Kings) (Pre 79%, Flop 91%, Turn 100%)
SB wins 18.75 BB

Would prefer a flat here, villain's overall VPIP is pretty low, and you're getting induced at this stack depth pretty often.

Your question about readless reshoving ranges doesn't make much sense, when you get to this blind level you should have some reads on your opponent. Can't really name a readless range here.

Flopzilla says it all:

Spoiler:

Even mid pair is enough to stack off on certain textures.

I'd rather see the flop with that hand.
