Why does it matter? This hand is well played.
Gto will bet this but not so big, will go bigger with hands like 77,88,TT, good 5x, basically very strong but very vulnerable hands.
Does that mean you should minbet your QQ or AA because gto does that? Ofc not, pot it for max value.

Ty, I wanna start playing GTO because at the higher stakes the players are not exploitable so easily. Btw is this sometime a check with premium hands?

No, it bets always.
But GTOish play at low stakes is bad idea, its good if your opponent is also playing GTOish, but I doubt people are doing it at low stakes.
ok for example tell me your c/c and x/jam ranges vs 1/2 pot and pot bet if you are playing solid reg and he thinks you are a good player?

1/2 pot: against a solid reg I would c/c overcards, straight and flushdraws, 5 with a bad/medium kicker. I check jam overpairs, overcards with flush draw (sometime check call this one) 5 with a good kicker ( q+)
pot: basically the same

And this is exactly why you dont want to play gto, why would you ever go smaller than a pot bet if your opponent is continuing basically same range..
