Is it better to 3bet shove or just flat and play the hand postflop?

I put hands into icmizer and considering calling range ( i might be deadly wrong in it) :
22+,A2+,KJs+,KQo it's profitable to shove any two cards.

additional info he almost always cbets more than half pot

Very clear flat, not close at all.

just donk the flop, you can't win the hand otherwise.

His PFR is 55%, so nothing crazy. I think flatting is fine. If it was 70+ I would shove it.
And folding on the flop is fine. You can try float 1 street, but I prefer to have some reads that opponent is not likely to barrel his stack. In this case it seems he in the agro side.
You probably dont want to raise his cbet since he can have some draws and will call you. And if you dont hit the K on the turn, it would be akward.
