wtf did chi roy do? i could understand if there was investigation to be had and you dont want to say until your absolutely sure but if he 100% did something and theres no grey area then i dont see a motive for keeping this a secret.

Yea but something is only libelous if it is fake, right? Like I cant get sued for saying something about you in public, if it was proven and it is the truth. So either ppl believe he did something wrong but cant actually prove it or its a level.

Actually you can get sued for anything, McDonalds lost a lawsuit for selling coffee that is hot.

BUT- 2p2 releases info that puts his character into question AND various mods ( MERSENNEARY mostly) which represent 2p2, drag his name through the mud.

Not only is his business affected negatively BUT he hasn't even been proven guilty yet.
In that situation, he would have a case for libel (Libel is a false, malicious statement published in mainstream media).

Since 2p2 isn't ******ed, and neither is ChicagoRy, they cannot make official statements like he did this this and this.

What they can do is hint at it, which is what is going on.

And to be honest, who would this benefit.

Someone who makes videos, has a good name, and stands to make their own website.

Primo and mers seem like obvious candidates and I wouldnt be suprised if Hokie turned up in this thread with some hate as well.

The results matter, and the majority of people are voting that they have doubts about ChiRye staying on. I've already put in the request for Newff (Primo and Spamz both declined) and we'll go from there. If he makes a dramatic comeback we'll reconsider.

Asuming what you claim is really happening and this poll has consequences:

If you proclaim for democratic decision about this, don't go scummy and do apposite on what's voted for(i.e. what you said in this post)

On a side note this post made me thinking even more it's a level. If it's not this is some pretty terrible handling by 2+2.

on a different side note - can you please explain me why is there a poll, and how do you expect people to vote if it's not clear what he presumably did. I know "you can't tell", but why is there a vote? If it goes "yes, remove him" you go according to the vote, and if not still proceed in demoding him?
