Correct Spin EV formula on PT4 from SwongSim

Hey guys, can anyone share with me FORMULA how to calculate spin EV on PT4.
I have spinEV stat for PT4 (I guess 80% of community members have it who play spins), but I know for sure, that this stat is inaccurate, and formula in it is bad.
I need some kind of formula which is used in SwongSim, and would calculate correct Spin EV on PT4.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

EV=(2,79-1)*((500+cEV)/1500)-(1-((500+cEV)/1500))*(-1)
Spin ev = EV *tournaments*Buy-In
2.79 is multiplyer EV from site (7% rake)
500 is starting stack
