Common sense tells to play at those sites that accept UK players only or players from a very limited list of countries only, because they're free of Eastern European winning players. Well-known examples that come to mind are Sky Poker and Virgingames; the downside is that their player pools are small so you'll need to add some bigger sites to put in enough volume.
In general, search on 2+2 (and/or news outlets like Pokerfuse, Pokerupdate, OnlinePokerReport) from time to time for news like 'X Poker network bans Russia / Ukraine / Belarus' - those are going to be the sites with the best value to those who're not banned.
E.g. Unibеt doesn't accept new Russian players anymore. The iPoker network has already denied service to Ukrainians and is probably going to do so with Russians and Belarusians soon. The Microgaming network is probably going to follow suit because right now it's impossible to log into its poker client without a VPN out of Russia (except for the Russian-speaking room Red Star Poker) and the network management doesn't give a flying about fixing the Russian login issue.
So stay tuned to the news and read the
Internet Poker forum often; there, you'll also find threads dedicated to specific poker networks.
