How do you play these hands against unknown oppos?

I understand where this question comes from, because I have wondered this myself.

The way I "solve" this. If you think they (the average unknown) will call looser i.e. >A9+, 22. You shove. If you think they open to wide you shove (as you get FE).
So you just shove and they will not call (25 BB).

The only reason why you should not shove, is if you think you can get more cEV by 3betteing non All in and play postflop OOP. But you will not be able to know this with unknown opponents, unless you beat the average field this way.

Concluding: I shove this on the lower stakes, as people will call us with weaker holdings, and against regs this range will be unexploitable(?).
(Take note that this is against unkowns).

This is what I do, and it works, how do you play them up till now?

(Also isn't it possible to calc this?)

I usually shove, but they're starting to call me very tightly and am starting to think like it is not the case to keep shoving.
