I call the flop, I would not be too worried if another club hits on the turn, because people are way too passive with their draws. If he has Qx, he will prolly gii anyway.
Important thing is, that you wanna keep all of his bluffs in.
if you flat his c/r villain has a little over a psb on turn. In small stakes many players feel committed even w/ their air hands and shove turns with little or no equity when they have one bet left on turns.. def try to keep his range wide and give him a chance to shove turns w/ his 9's and gs's and top pairs.
