how has villain started the match has he barrelled much?
it seems very stationy for me id re raise turn,
your obv anticipating the c-bet so flatting is ok but got re raise turn imo!

3bet preflop to 140, then bet, bet turn, then shove or check call river (prob shove on this card), IMO.

Flatting is also fine,c/c flop,c/r turn myb we face up our hand but ton of draws and Ax will continue.

3 bets in the post flop pot should be what we're going for with top pair, as played I'd call the river. As stated by others, 3 bet pf, and lead out each street unless you get raised. I'd go somewhere between 150 & 200 pf though.
