I just think that with your line we end up folding most of what we beat and end up facing the top of his range on the river. I don't really mind the 50 preflop, it gets the job done without committing too much. As a standard I would make it 60 preflop and CB about 50 to make sure we keep all his draws and lower pairs in. Whatever he has called the flop with should also called the T so the same reasoning apply and we should use a smallish barrel (~80?). On the river I would prefer a Xcall we don't really get value from anything now that the Q beats us but we might still get a bet from missed FD, St8D and others. I think they might be more value in a Xcall than betting to get value from a 6.
