7$ Hyper - facing low size 3bet

Hey guys!
I have some history with this villain ~ 440 hands.
Stats:
3bet = 25%
Flat oop = 70%
He plays almost all hands oop and his 3bet size was always the same. He 3betted some nut hands as well as Q3s, T8s (seen at showdown).
In this case, because the size is so small, do I have the odds to call and play in position? Q3o is kinda rubbish but do you flat K3o or 67o?
