Flop is a raise, not a 3bet (which is basically a re-raise).
That being said - to the hand:
Readless I would generally fold here.
We are flipping or losing to flush draws.
We have weak kicker for the mid pair as well in case villain has the same.
Not sure how many cards on the turn are good for us (besides those giving us trips or 2p).
So imo we are flipping with all semi-bluffs, losing to all non-bluffs and I don't think there is a lot of bluffs which would justify calling this.
I understand we need just 25% equity to call, but that's just on the flop. Future streets would probably lead to future bets.
