I wouldn't hate it if he indeed played better Jx this way.

Some people c/r huge on a dry board as a bluff, but then again others do it for value. And to me it seems much more reasonable to draw a conclusion from his flop c/r AND turn/river betting, rather than just from the c/r sizing which can mean various things.

Like, even if his c/r sizing might indicate a bluff, it's much less likely that he has air when he bet the turn and river like that.
