Hand one I'd probably call. He's going to bet his value range on the turn including I would imagine all Qx Ax flushes, straights, two pair etc Only way you're beat is if he's playing Qx like a nit or getting "creative with a monster hand". More likely that he has a bare heart, missed and is now bluffing.

Hand 2 I'm not sure what to do. A random 3x range has a lot of Ax in it and basically a lot of cards T or higher. That combined with the small cbet looks pretty strong. I'd be more inclined to c/c if I'd seen him 3x before but readless I don't know. A fold seems wrong though with outs to improve but our Q high probably isn't the best hand now or even might not be good when we pair it.

donk hand 1 and continue on scare non 4 flush turns, give up any river

fold hand 2, we dont get the implied odds to make it a profitable call and he doesnt sound like some1 who will just c down with the stuff, thats beaten by Q-high

Well i'm a noob but as OP said there's a good chance he's not cbetting this coordinated flop light (hand 1) and the turn check on an ace kinda says he has some showdown value no? His river bet really looks to me like a value hand played "like a nit" as TakeHerOnAcruise says or an improved 2-pair. The only thing you beat is complete air or a missed draw that didn't bet the turn and i'm really not convinced that happens more than 30% here... Probably really close
      unless i'm missing something
