I don't play turbos so can't comment on 1st hand.
2nd hand, I'm not sure what you're asking here, you are thinking of folding this? You can use the nash chart for these hands at low bb.
3rd hand i would just flat pf. As played, I bet a little smaller on flop and call the shove.

first hand 3bet shove the flop. This may be a turbo but its still 25bb deep. You're ahead of a decent amount of his range and have equity against almost all of it.

below 7bb just use nash readless

3rd hand flat pre. Your hand is too strong to waste on a 3bet if he's folding too much, and too weak to be 3betting if he is calling 3bets wide.

Hand one getting it in otf. Hand 2 standard. Don't think I like nai 3bing with hand 3 pre as you gotta fold if you get jammed on but get it in as played otf.

Hand 3 : Why are you betting 130 in a 180 pot???? Doesn't make any sense in a hyper turbo.

Hand 3 is a jam or flat pre. Hand 1 you should gii on the flop, and I think you posted the wrong hand for no. 2?

In regards to the 2 hyper hands, it seems like you make fundamental errors and/or have a misunderstanding of basic hand ranges in hypers. Read Mers' ebook for starters about hands to 3bet and push/fold game <10bb. My advice: get this sorted out before you move up.
