Villain seems decent, fairly aggressive and capable of some bluffs. i do see him double barrel this Q fairly often, especially if he turned a flushdraw with his air on the flop. i thought about check/raising turn, but that seems bad, and will fold alot of his holdings we beat that may bet river, too. now river i don't really now, we have a fairly strong holding on this board, but i fear that he might checkback a weak flush or trips/two pair. i don't know if he is capable of bluffing this river, although i didn't really show to much strength, alot of my weaker draw type hands made it by the river, and he has to fear me calling with 2pair and straight type hands if he bets here. should i rather lead this river for about 350 or so, and call a shove?

Yeah, i like leading here. Unless you don't think he would check back 1 pair hands then a c/r is cool.

But yeah, i would lead here for around 350-400 and call a shove.
